Delivery costs and coverage

Delivery for shrink films, parts and pallet wrap is free to mainland Britain, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to locations outside this area may take longer or incur an additional charge. The available services and charges for your order are shown at checkout.

Please contact our team before ordering if you need delivery to the Scottish Highlands, an island or a location outside mainland Britain.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1.30pm on Monday to Thursday on the same day. This is the dispatch time rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

Deliveries are handled by our carriers and may arrive at any time during the day. Please follow the tracking or missed-delivery instructions supplied by the carrier where available.

Machinery and large orders

Machinery delivery may incur an additional charge depending on the machine, destination and unloading requirements. You can also arrange collection using your own transport or collect from our Manchester warehouse.

Please call us before completing a machinery purchase so we can confirm the most suitable delivery or collection option and provide the correct price.

Delivery addresses and site access

Your billing address should match the address registered to your payment method, but you can enter a different delivery address during checkout.

For machinery, palletised orders and larger items, please provide an accurate site contact and tell us about vehicle access or unloading restrictions. Our team may contact you before dispatch to confirm the arrangements.

Late or missing deliveries

If a UK delivery is more than four working days overdue, please contact us with your order number so we can check the latest carrier information.
